Job Summary

The AWS Support Administrator plays a crucial role in providing high-quality operational support for AWS PaaS environments. This position focuses on independently resolving technical tickets, performing root cause analyses, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective support practices. By adhering to quality standards and contributing to knowledge management, the administrator ensures seamless operations and positive feedback from customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Support For Aws Paas Environments By Resolving Tickets And Ensuring Adherence To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements.
2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis For Escalated Issues, Implementing Effective Solutions To Prevent Recurrence And Improve Service Reliability.
3. Contribute To Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base And Training New Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities.
4. Independently Resolve Support Tickets Within Agreed Service Level Agreements (Sla), Maintaining High Standards Of Operational Efficiency.
5. Ensure A Positive Customer Experience And Achieve High Customer Satisfaction (Csat) Scores Through First Call Resolution And Minimizing Case Reopens.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Aws Paas Services And Terraform For Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Implementations.
2. Solid Understanding Of Cloud Infrastructure Management And Operations.
3. Familiarity With Incident Management And Ticketing Systems.
4. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With A Focus On Root Cause Analysis.
5. Good Communication Skills For Effective Customer Interactions.

Other Requirements

1. Aws Certified Solutions Architect � Associate (Optional But Valuable).
2. Terraform Associate Certification (Optional But Valuable)
