Job Summary

The Support Operations Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and support for our systems. This position is responsible for independently resolving technical issues, providing on-call support, and conducting root cause analysis to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Support For On-Call Escalations By Utilizing Kafka To Monitor And Manage Data Streams, Ensuring Timely Resolution Of Incidents.
2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis On Issues Using Powershell Scripts To Automate Data Retrieval And Troubleshooting Processes, Leading To Efficient Problem Resolution.
3. Update And Manage The Knowledge Base By Documenting Solutions And Operational Procedures, Contributing To Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
4. Independently Resolve Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas By Leveraging Python For Automating Repetitive Tasks And Enhancing Operational Workflows.
5. Ensure A Positive Customer Experience By Achieving First Call Resolution Through Effective Use Of Technical Skills And Adhering To Quality Standards.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Kafka For Data Streaming And Message Brokering.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Powershell For Automation And System Administration Tasks.
3. Familiarity With Python For Scripting And Process Automation.
4. Solid Understanding Of Support Ticketing Systems And Incident Management Processes.
