Job Summary

3-6 years of experience in L2/L3 level Control-M Administration and scheduling, Maintenance, Enhancement, Production/Application Support, and Infrastructure Administration.\r\n• Must be Infrastructure Administrator of Control-M and have deep knowledge and experience on the BMC Control-M platform as a whole, all of its core components (Server, EM,CCM, Agents, GUI, etc.)\r\n• Perform upgrade/migration and new installation of Control-M/Server, Control-M/EM and Agents\r\n• Should have experience in DR/HA activity\r\n• Perform daily analysis and reporting of production\r\n• Installing, configuring Agents Plug-ins for Control-M\r\n• Should have sound knowledge and hands-on on Control-M Utility\r\n• Evaluate system performance and recommend the improvement\r\n• Document technical and operational procedures for reference purposes\r\n• Track production incidents and work with cross-functional teams for resolution\r\n• Should have good knowledge and hands-on in control-M Rest API\r\n• Good knowledge on control-M job creation and its maintenance, calendar Creations/ Maintenance\r\n• Resolving high priority issue related Control-M\r\n• Perform maintenance activities\r\n• L2 level of activities in Job Scheduling Environments Primary: Control-M; Secondary: UC4 / Autosys/JSC\r\n• Knowledge on both UNIX and Windows environments is mandatory\r\n• Sound knowledge to recommend suggestions that will comply with standards and best practices\r\n• Should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; helps contribute to timely completion of project deliverables well short of schedule\r\n• Must resolve production high severity issues in a timely manner\r\n• Provide on-call support for production environment during non-business hours\r\n• Rich exposure in automation & programming through UNIX shell scripting, Python or any other scripting language is added advantage\r\n
