Job Summary
Job Summary : The Information Technology Application Owner (ITAO) is responsible for the end-to-end management, governance, and optimisation of assigned IT applications within the organisation. This role ensures that business requirements are met through effective application performance and compliance, while also supporting innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities : • Oversee the lifecycle management of designated IT applications, including planning, deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning.\r\n• Act as the primary point of contact between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors for all matters related to assigned applications.\r\n• Ensure applications adhere to security, regulatory, and compliance requirements as per organisational policies and standards.\r\n• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve application incidents, manage changes, and implement enhancements.\r\n• Monitor application performance, usage, and user satisfaction, and initiate corrective actions as necessary.\r\n• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and support procedures.\r\n
