Job Summary

The Network Automation Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting and optimizing network operations by utilizing Cisco ACI and automation tools. This position is essential for ensuring timely resolution of support tickets, conducting root cause analysis, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide On-Call Support By Utilizing Cisco Aci And Network Automation Tools To Troubleshoot And Resolve Escalated Issues Efficiently, Ensuring Minimal Downtime For Customers.
2. Conduct Thorough Root Cause Analysis Of Incidents Using Network Monitoring Tools, Identifying Underlying Problems And Implementing Solutions To Prevent Future Occurrences.
3. Enhance The Knowledge Base By Documenting Troubleshooting Procedures And Solutions, Promoting Knowledge Sharing And Best Practices Within The Team.
4. Independently Resolve Support Tickets Within The Agreed Service Level Agreements (Slas) By Applying Network Automation Techniques To Streamline Processes And Improve Response Times.
5. Foster Positive Customer Experiences By Achieving First Call Resolution And Minimizing Case Reopens Through Effective Communication And Technical Problem-Solving Skills.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Network Automation Principles And Practices.
2. Proficiency In Cisco Aci And Related Technologies.
3. Familiarity With Network Monitoring And Troubleshooting Tools.
4. Solid Analytical Skills For Root Cause Analysis And Problem-Solving.

Other Requirements

1. Cisco Certified Network Associate (Ccna) Optional But Valuable.
