Job Summary

The Citrix Server Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of Citrix environments. This position is responsible for independently resolving technical issues, providing on-call support, and conducting root cause analysis to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Support For Citrix Server Issues By Resolving Tickets Independently And Adhering To Agreed Slas For Ticket Volume And Resolution Time.
2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis For Escalated On-Call Support Incidents, Implementing Effective Solutions To Prevent Recurrence And Improve System Reliability.
3. Contribute To Knowledge Management By Updating And Maintaining Knowledge Base Articles, Ensuring That Documentation Is Accurate And Accessible For Team Members.
4. Train And Coach New Analysts On Citrix Server Operations And Best Practices, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Improvement.
5. Ensure High Customer Satisfaction Through Effective First Call Resolution Strategies And Minimizing The Number Of Rejected Resolutions And Reopened Cases.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Managing And Supporting Citrix Server Environments.
2. Strong Understanding Of Ticketing Systems And Incident Management Processes.
3. Familiarity With Customer Service Best Practices And Techniques To Enhance User Experience.
