Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities : • Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.\r\n• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.\r\n• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac OS-based systems.\r\n• Assist with software deployment, updates, and patch management.\r\n• Handle incident, request, and change tickets using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).\r\n• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on EUC devices.\r\n• Support video conferencing systems, projectors, and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).\r\n• Maintain asset inventory and update records regularly.\r\n• Coordinate with remote support teams for escalated issues.\r\n• Assist in onboarding/offboarding tasks such as laptop issuance, user setup, and account configuration.\r\n• Adhere to SLA timelines and provide quality customer support\r\n
Skill Requirements
Skill Requirement : • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 Suite.\r\n• Familiarity with Active Directory, basic networking, and remote tools.\r\n• Hands-on experience with desktop imaging and cloning tools.\r\n• Good understanding of antivirus and security software.\r\n• Experience supporting mobile devices (Android/iOS).\r\n• Basic understanding of ITIL processes.\r\n
