Job Summary

Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and disposal using ServiceNow HAM. • Administer and maintain accurate asset inventory records, ensuring data integrity and compliance. • Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice reconciliation through SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing. • Collaborate with vendors, procurement teams, finance teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely acquisition and delivery of IT assets. • Monitor asset utilization, stock levels, and inventory accuracy across locations. • Conduct periodic asset audits and reconciliation activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards. • Support contract management, vendor onboarding, and procurement documentation. • Analyze asset-related data and generate reports, dashboards, and insights for management review. • Investigate and resolve procurement and asset management issues while maintaining service quality. • Ensure adherence to asset governance, procurement policies, and software/hardware compliance requirements. • Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM). • Working knowledge of SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing. • Understanding of procurement processes, purchase orders, invoice management, and vendor coordination. • Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and asset lifecycle management. • Experience in inventory management, asset tracking, and audit support. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in IT procurement and enterprise asset management environments. • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform functionalities. • Exposure to supplier management and contract administration. • Relevant certifications in ServiceNow, SAP Ariba, IT Asset Management, or Procurement are advantageous.
