Job Summary

Position Overview • Provide technical support for IT operations in manufacturing and lift environments. • Focus on desktop imaging using SCCM and Intune. • Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management and ITSM processes. • Support network and server infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Desktop Imaging and Management • Use SCCM and Intune for desktop imaging, deployment, and management. • Ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols. • Maintain updated image libraries for manufacturing and lift operations staff. • Troubleshoot and resolve imaging and deployment issues promptly. Technical Support • Provide deskside and remote support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. • Manage ServiceNow tickets within SLA timelines. • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues. • Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions. IT Operations in Manufacturing and Lift Environments • Address unique IT needs in manufacturing and lift operations settings. • Support specialized hardware and software used in industrial environments. • Collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime and enhance system performance. Network and Server Support • Assist in managing LAN, wireless networks, and server infrastructure. • Troubleshoot network and server outages, escalating as needed. • Ensure proper setup and connectivity of devices. • Collaborate on cybersecurity measures, including updates and patches. Documentation and Reporting • Maintain accurate asset records and service request documentation using ServiceNow. • Create user guides and FAQs for self-service solutions. • Generate reports on ticket resolutions, system performance, and project progress. Key Qualifications Technical Skills • Proficiency in SCCM and Intune for desktop imaging and deployment. • Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and ITSM processes. • Understanding of network basics, including LAN/WAN troubleshooting. • Familiarity with IT systems in manufacturing environments. Experience • 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings. • Experience supporting lift operations or industrial machinery is a plus. Other Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in physically demanding environments. • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
