Job Summary

Job Description – FSO Engineer / Senior Analyst (E2.1)

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace technologies. Deliver onsite and remote technical support for end-user incidents and service requests. Manage hardware provisioning, installations, replacements, upgrades, and break-fix activities. Support conference rooms, collaboration technologies, printers, and workplace equipment. Execute asset management activities, including inventory control, audits, and lifecycle tracking. Coordinate IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities across business locations. Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and enterprise productivity tools. Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, compliance, and operational governance requirements. Participate in root cause analysis and problem management activities. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and application support teams for issue resolution. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, assets, and knowledge articles. Support major incidents, executive/VIP users, and business-critical events when required

Skill Requirements

Required Technical Skills Hands-on experience in Desktop Support / Deskside Support / Field Services Operations. Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 environments. Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and collaboration platforms. Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and User Administration. Experience with hardware asset management and inventory management processes. Knowledge of printer support and peripheral device management. Experience with remote support tools and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow. Understanding of endpoint security and compliance requirements.

Other Requirements

Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, BigFix, or Workspace ONE. Exposure to mobile device management (MDM) solutions. Knowledge of AV/VC technologies and meeting room support. Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management frameworks. Experience supporting multinational enterprise environments. Educational Qualification Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline. Preferred Certifications ITIL Foundation Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Microsoft 365 Fundamentals CompTIA A+ (Preferred) Endpoint Management Certifications (Added Advantage) Key Competencies Strong customer-service orientation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Incident ownership and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment. Stakeholder management and coordination skills. High degree of accountability and operational discipline.
