ServiceNow Business Analyst - Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements for HAM processes.
  • Analyze and improve asset lifecycle management (procurement, deployment, repair, RMA, disposal).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Support ServiceNow HAM implementation and enhancements.
  • Perform UAT testing and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and compliance metrics.
  • Ensure IT Asset Management governance and process compliance.

Skill Requirements

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow HAM experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ITAM, HAM, CMDB, and ITSM.
  • Experience with inventory, stockroom, asset tracking, and RMA processes.
  • Requirements gathering and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
