Job Summary
Develop observability, monitoring, and KPI dashboards for the agentic AI ecosystem to ensure operational excellence and measurable business outcomes.
The ETL Support Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency of data management processes within the organization. This position is responsible for independently resolving support tickets, providing on-call assistance, and conducting root cause analyses to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain compliance with quality standards. The role emphasizes the importance of technical expertise in ETL and data lake technologies to drive effective solutions and elevate the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build agent health monitoring and alerting subsystems. · Design KPI dashboards tracking incident/request/change volumes, success rate, MTTD, and MTTR. · Implement logging, telemetry, and observability hooks. · Integrate dashboards with leadership reporting tools. · Ensure SLA-aligned reporting and exception handling.
1. Independently Resolve Support Tickets Related To Etl Processes And Data Lake Management, Ensuring Adherence To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements.
2. Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Issues, Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analyses To Identify And Implement Effective Solutions In Aws Environments.
3. Collaborate On Value-Adding Activities, Including Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, And Conducting Training Sessions For New Team Members And Coaching Analysts.
4. Ensure Timely Resolution Of Tickets Within Agreed Service Level Agreements (Sla), Contributing To Operational Efficiency And Customer Satisfaction.
5. Enhance Customer Experience And Maintain High Csat Scores By Achieving First Call Resolution And Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Re-Open Cases.
Skill Requirements
Strong in Python and dashboarding (Looker, Power BI, Grafana). · Experience with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Cloud Monitoring). · Understanding of ITSM KPIs (MTTD, MTTR, success rate). · Exposure to agentic/AI workflow monitoring. · Strong analytical and data visualization mindset.
1. Proficiency In Etl Tools And Processes, With A Solid Understanding Of Data Lake Concepts.
2. Familiarity With Aws Core Services, Aws Rds, And Aws Analytics.
3. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills For Effective Root Cause Analysis.
4. Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities And Work Independently Within A Fast-Paced Environment.
Other Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. Experience: 2–3 years in a Dashboards Development
