Job Summary

The Support Ops Administrator is responsible for independently managing and resolving technical support tickets while providing exceptional customer service. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by performing root cause analysis, adhering to quality standards, and contributing to knowledge management activities.

Key Responsibilities

1 dedicated Engineer per shift to cover Core and Platform domain 24x7 Operation Support for all F5 Products (CISLB, BIGIP (LTM, GTM), NGINX, CGNAT) Dedicated Service Delivery Manager for Operations Support Pool of designated engineers around the globe to cover 24x7 shift roster Significant experience with supporting and maintaining F5 Big-IP LTM/DNS/ASM/AFM in operations Should be able to set-up, maintenance, upgrades and replacement of the latest generation of F5s Demonstrate an ability to craft and understand iRules Experience with TCPDump, Wireshark and analyzing network traffic Perform daily operational tasks submitted by customers through Service management tools Troubleshoot network problems, network device configurations and coordinate with various department administrators to facilitate connectivity issue resolution 24x7 BAU –Scheduled Operations Support activities 24x7 Incident Support 24x7 CR execution support

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In F5 And Ddi-Infoblox/Efficient Ip Technologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Ticketing Systems And Support Processes.
3. Familiarity With Root Cause Analysis Techniques And Troubleshooting Best Practices.
4. Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: F5 Certified Administrator, Infoblox Certified Ddi Administrator
