Key Responsibilities
1 dedicated Engineer per shift to cover Core and Platform domain 24x7 Operation Support for all F5 Products (CISLB, BIGIP (LTM, GTM), NGINX, CGNAT) Dedicated Service Delivery Manager for Operations Support Pool of designated engineers around the globe to cover 24x7 shift roster Significant experience with supporting and maintaining F5 Big-IP LTM/DNS/ASM/AFM in operations Should be able to set-up, maintenance, upgrades and replacement of the latest generation of F5s Demonstrate an ability to craft and understand iRules Experience with TCPDump, Wireshark and analyzing network traffic Perform daily operational tasks submitted by customers through Service management tools Troubleshoot network problems, network device configurations and coordinate with various department administrators to facilitate connectivity issue resolution 24x7 BAU –Scheduled Operations Support activities 24x7 Incident Support 24x7 CR execution support
