Job Summary

The GCP Security Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and security of cloud operations. This position is responsible for independently resolving support tickets, providing on-call assistance, and conducting root cause analysis to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Managing Gcp Security And Perimeter Security Operations, Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies.
2. Provide Support For On-Call Escalations By Diagnosing And Analyzing Issues Related To Gcp Security, Implementing Effective Solutions To Minimize Disruptions.
3. Contribute To Knowledge Base Updates And Management, Ensuring All Documentation Reflects Current Practices And Enhancing Operational Efficiency.
4. Conduct Training Sessions For New Team Members And Coach Analysts On Best Practices In Gcp Security And Perimeter Security Operations.
5. Independently Resolve Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Applying Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Ensure Timely And Accurate Resolutions.
6. Enhance Customer Experience And Csat By Achieving First Call Resolution And Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Reopened Cases Through Effective Troubleshooting And Communication.

Skill Requirements
