This role involves ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance of these tools, providing technical support, and implementing best practices for tool development and integration. Responsibilities: • ServiceNow Development: Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, custom applications, and integrations [2][1]. • Moogsoft Development: Develop and customize Moogsoft dashboards and integrations using JavaScript and Python [3]. • DevOps Practices: Implement DevOps methodologies to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes [4]. • Tool Integration: Integrate various tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of tools and optimize resource utilization. • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to ServiceNow, Moogsoft, and DevOps tools. • Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of developed solutions. • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures. • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders. • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals to enhance tool functionality and integration. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Certifications: Relevant certifications in ServiceNow, Moogsoft, and DevOps preferred. • Experience: Proven experience in tool development and integration, with a focus on ServiceNow, Moogsoft, and DevOps [2] [1] [3] [4]. • Skills: Strong understanding of tool development practices, excellent troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in scripting and integration. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
