Job Summary

L3 Profile The individual should handle and troubleshoot issues, interfacing, implementing with developers/Customer and implementing changes. -L2 profile JD plus the below requirements -8+ years of experience Microsoft messaging products such as Exchange servers and Office 365 - Domain addition / deletion. - Record creation for Office 365. -Introducing new server on environment - Implementing Hybrid solution with customized mail flow (Centralized / DE centralized) - Good knowledge on Active directory technologies, Firewalls, Network load balancers, server operating systems. - Must have expertise knowledge on On premises / Office 365 mail flow trouble shooting internal / External. - Must have expertise knowledge on cross premises free busy trouble shooting. Publishing URLs using security systems. - Implementing changes in all environments, including site migrations, solution/Apps deployments, feature activation, etc - Expertise knowledge on certificate request creation and implementing certificate on Messaging systems / SSL offloading on Network, Security devices etc. -Expertise knowledge on Dir Sync configurations, On premises to office 365 Sync trouble shooting etc. - Expertise knowledge on trouble shooting Onboarding / off boarding issues. - Knowledge on customized PowerShell scripting. - Expertise knowledge on Calendaring technologies, resource mailboxes etc. - Expertise knowledge on handling On premises exchange servers. - Knowledge in planning and design messaging solution with Hybrid model. - Expertise on handling Active Sync, URL configurations, Auto discover issues. - Knowledge to adopt any third party messaging integration systems.
