Job Summary
The IaaS Azure Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting and optimizing cloud infrastructure operations. This position focuses on independently resolving technical tickets, providing on-call support, and conducting thorough root cause analyses to enhance customer satisfaction. The administrator will contribute to knowledge management and training initiatives, ensuring a high-quality service delivery aligned with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
2. Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Issues, Performing Root Cause Analysis Using Azure Kubernetes And Windows Azure Paas To Identify And Implement Effective Solutions.
3. Facilitate Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating And Managing Knowledge Bases, Conducting Training Sessions For New Hires, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities.
4. Ensure A Positive Customer Experience By Achieving First Call Resolution Metrics And Minimizing Case Reopens Through Effective Problem-Solving And Communication.
5. Monitor And Maintain The Performance Of Azure Iaas Environments, Implementing Best Practices And Troubleshooting Issues To Ensure Operational Excellence.
