Job Summary

Job description for MDM – Intune, WorkSapce One, JAMF – L3 Candidates should have multi years of experience in Mobile Device Management using Intune, JAMF, WorkSpace One to manage Android, iOS devices and must have done Service Transitions and Project Implementations\\Transformations.  Subject Matter Expert in Mobile Device Management using Intune, WorkSpace One, Jamf  Able to Plan, Design, build and deploy MDM Solutions - Intune, Workspace One to manage mobile device operating systems Android, iOS, MacOS, Windows.  Experience in Mobile Application Management (MAM), Enterprise Google Store and iOS app deployment, Apple DEP\\VPP, Deploy O365 apps, SAAS, LOB apps.  Understanding of Mobile Device management policies, Data Protection and app restrictions policies for mobile apps e.g. O365 on various mobile devices.  Experience on Management of special devices like Rugged devices, AR/VR device, Hololense, Zebra etc.  Extensive experience in creating Design & Architecture and execute the technical implementation of Windows 10\\11 Autopilot\\Modern Management solution using Intune, Entra ID, M365 based on client requirements.  Experience in JAMF and iOS and MacOS management.  Experience in preparing High-level/Low Level Design, Test Plan documentations.  Proficient in customizing and deploying Windows 10.  Knowledge on Group Policy Objects, Active Directory security and compliancy configurations and migrating to Intune CSP, ADMX templates.  Experience in setting up Intune based Software Distribution, Patch Management, Windows as Service, M365 Apps deployment, Driver Management processes.  Configure Device Compliance, Conditional access and endpoint protection policies, Windows Defender, Bitlocker, Windows Hello for Business etc.  Experience in Microsoft EntraID, NDES, AzureAD AppProxy, PKI/SCEP solutions.  Experience on PowerShell, Automation scripting.  Knowledge on AI/GenAI concepts and tools  Good in client communication, able to handle & manage escalations.  Able to propose\\validate technical solutions on end user device management.
