Job Summary

Power Platform Administrator leads governance, security, operations, and lifecycle management for the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) across the enterprise. This role sets standards, mentors administrators and citizen developers, drives automation and telemetry, and ensures controlled adoption aligned to regulatory and organizational policies. The position partners with Security, Compliance, IT Operations, and business units to deliver a secure, scalable, and cost‑optimized low‑code platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Environment & Access Management: Design and operate multi‑region environments (Dev/Test/Prod/Sandboxes), RBAC, Azure AD groups, and privileged access workflows.

• Security & Compliance: Partner with Security and Compliance to implement conditional access, data residency controls, audit logging.

• Center of Excellence (CoE): Implement and maintain CoE Toolkit, telemetry (usage, failures, performance), app/flow certification processes, and orphaned asset remediation.

• Operational Excellence: Drive service health monitoring, incident response, RCA, capacity planning, and license optimization with measurable SLAs and KPIs.

• Cost & Capacity Optimization: Analyze consumption and licensing; implement archiving, cleanup campaigns, and policies that reduce cost while preserving value.

• Integration & Data: Govern connectors, custom connectors, APIs, and integration patterns with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, Azure services; review data models and performance.

• Quality & Performance: Define non‑functional requirements (availability, performance, resilience) and review complex app/flow designs; lead tuning and load testing.

• Stakeholder Communication: Provide executive‑level reporting on adoption, risk, compliance, and ROI; communicate roadmap impacts and change advisories.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Power Bi For Data Analysis And Reporting.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Powershell For Task Automation And System Management.
3. Familiarity With Python For Scripting And Data Manipulation.
4. Solid Understanding Of Customer Support Processes And Ticketing Systems.

• 3-4+ years in Microsoft 365/Power Platform administration with expertise in Power Platform Admin Center.

• Hands‑on experience implementing CoE Toolkit, DLP policies and environment strategy

• Proficiency with scripting/automation (PowerShell, CLI for Microsoft 365, Admin APIs).

• Demonstrated incident management, RCA, and service reliability practices.

Other Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: PL‑200/PL‑400/PL‑600, SC‑300, AZ‑104/204, or equivalent.

• Background in solution architecture for model‑driven apps, canvas apps, and complex automations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Adoption & Certification: apps/flows certified and compliant.

• Reliability: Incident MTTR, change success rate, and SLA attainment.

• Cost Optimization: License/capacity savings, orphaned assets removed.

• Performance: App/flow responsiveness and failure rate trend.
