Review Change Requests and complete Quality Review checklists.\\r\\nVerify all documentation, implementation steps, risk analysis, and testing results.\\r\\nIdentify issues, communicate with Change Owners, and track updates.\\r\\nClose CTASKs for changes that pass quality review; escalate or follow process for failed changes.\\r\\nMaintain records and notes in the ITSM system for auditing purposes.\\r\\nMonitoring Progress: Track the progress of changes, identify potential issues, and mitigate risks to ensure successful implementation. \\r\\n\\r\\nSkills:\\r\\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders. \\r\\nAbility to analyze and assess changes impacts on the organization. \\r\\nExperience in project management and change management methodologies.\\r\\nCertification such as ITIL, Change Management can enhance qualifications.

1. Proficient In Microsoft Vdi Solution And Rdsh Technologies.
2. Solid Understanding Of Windows Operating Systems And Touch Services.
3. Familiarity With Video And Telepresence Technologies.
4. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Analytical Abilities To Conduct Root Cause Analysis.
5. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Support And Train Team Members.

Other Requirements

1. Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Optional But Valuable).
2. Itil Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable)
