Job Summary

Redwood Administrator

Responsible for the administration, support, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Redwood-enabled applications. The role focuses on incident resolution, service requests, configuration support, monitoring, and ensuring optimal performance of Redwood UX components across Oracle Cloud modules.

Key Responsibilities

L2 Operations & Support

  • Provide Level 2 support for Redwood-related incidents, service requests, and user issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, UI, workflow, and access-related problems.
  • Perform incident analysis and escalate complex issues to L3 teams when required.
  • Support P2/P3/P4 incidents and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.

Redwood Administration & Configuration

  • Administer Redwood UX components, page configurations, role-based experiences, and dashboards.
  • Support Oracle Cloud modules utilizing Redwood UX, including HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Workforce Management.
  • Validate configurations and ensure consistency across environments.

Monitoring & Maintenance

  • Monitor system health, application performance, and user experience.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support patch validation and environment readiness activities.

Change & Release Support

  • Assist with Oracle quarterly updates and Redwood feature releases.
  • Perform testing and validation of Redwood enhancements.
  • Support deployment activities following ITIL change management procedures.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to security, access control, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in audit activities and maintain operational documentation.
  • Support user provisioning and role validation activities.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Perform knowledge transfer sessions for L1 teams and end users.

Maintain accurate incident and change records.

Skill Requirements

Mandatory Skills

  • Experience supporting Oracle Cloud applications with Redwood UX.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM, Recruiting, Talent, or Workforce Management modules.
  • Understanding of incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred Skills

    • Oracle Cloud certification (HCM/WFM/Talent).
    • ITIL Foundation certification.
    • Exposure to Redwood AI capabilities and analytics.
    Experience with testing and release validation
