Key Responsibilities
1. Network & Infrastructure Support Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, connectivity issues) Assist in configuration and support of routers, switches, and firewalls (level-1 / level-2) Support network patching, port activation, and connectivity validation Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 network teams 2.
