Job Summary
Collaborates proactively with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer needs • Typically interacts with individual contributors and managers; may interact with customers
Works with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources (e.g. Cisco account teams, partners) on the strategy/deployment/optimization of Cisco services and solutions • Assists with task/project implementation for assigned customer engagements • Jointly creates and review project deliverables e.g. Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Implementation/Change Management Plans • Builds and/or leverage test environments as required to solve medium complex problems and compatibility issues • Understands how software skills and tools can be used to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco products and solutions • Acts as an initial focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements. Provides support for proper and quick resolution of customer problems across an appropriate range of technologies.
BE/B.Tech/BSC Computer Science or equivalent \\\\r\\\\n• CCNA is must, CCNP is a plus, CCIE (SP) is preferred.

Skill Requirements
Experience with basic networking technology, LAN Switching and Routing. • Deep understanding of TCP/IP (IPv4 and IPv6) and IP MPLS knowledge. • Knowledge in protocols/features like: Routing protocols (ISIS, OSPF, and certainly BGP), Multicast, and all MPLS technologies: MPLS L3VPN. MPLS L2VPN, EVPN technologies, as well as Segment Routing • Familiarity with service provider platforms like: ASR9k, NCS5k, NCS500, NCS6k and CRS. • Exceptional communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills
Other Requirements
Experience in broadband (Edge and Aggregation, Cable, Broadband Network Gateway, timing protocols) is desired but not mandatory. • Basic understanding of Linux/UNIX and familiarity with virtualization is an extra • Strong problem-solving skills
