Job Summary

Having Datacenter skill who can work on devices installed in data center like, Network switches, Servers, Storage and racking & Stacking.

Key Responsibilities

Should be assisting technical team and Vendors for all the hardware issues in the datacenter. Updating and sharing the inventory with customer. Supporting technical teams remotely as and when required.

Skill Requirements

Should have hands on experience working in data centers, knowledge of devices and customer management.

Other Requirements

Should have good communication skill and flexible in working hours / shifts

Minimum Salary (US):  79,000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
