Job Summary

The Network Refresh L2 Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing network infrastructure refresh activities across enterprise environments. The role involves replacement, upgrade, migration, and validation of network devices including routers, switches, wireless controllers, access points, and associated connectivity components while ensuring minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

Execute network refresh projects involving Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or other enterprise networking technologies. Perform hardware replacement, technology upgrades, and lifecycle management activities. Conduct network cutovers and migration activities during maintenance windows. Validate network configurations before and after refresh activities. Support WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and datacenter network refresh initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
