Job Summary

The Azure Support Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of cloud services by providing expert support and resolving issues related to Windows Azure PaaS and Azure IaaS. This position is integral to maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective ticket resolution, root cause analysis, and proactive management of support activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Expert Support For Windows Azure Paas And Azure Iaas By Independently Resolving Escalated Tickets And Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analysis To Enhance Service Reliability.
2. Implement Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Practices Using Terraform To Automate And Manage Azure Resources, Ensuring Consistency And Efficiency In Deployment Processes.
3. Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Updating The Knowledge Base To Reflect Best Practices And Solutions For Common Issues.
4. Conduct Training Sessions For New Team Members And Provide Coaching To Analysts, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Improvement.
5. Monitor Ticket Volume And Resolution Time To Ensure Compliance With Agreed Slas, Striving For First Call Resolution To Optimize Customer Experience And Minimize Case Reopenings.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Windows Azure Paas And Azure Iaas With Practical Experience In Support Operations.
