Job Summary

Job Summary : Project Manager for D&L projects. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ServiceNow Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in IT project delivery and hands-on exposure to ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery governance while working closely with ServiceNow consultants, developers, architects, and customer stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities : Project management, customer management, people management.

Job Description : A ServiceNow functional consultant, developer lead, or business analyst who has progressed into project management and has successfully managed at least 2-3 ServiceNow implementation projects independently.
