Job Summary

The Contract & Commit-to-Consume Operations Manager will be responsible for governing customer commercial commitments from contract signing through execution, ensuring all committed consumption is accurately tracked, communicated, invoiced, and realized. The objective is to eliminate revenue leakage, maximize billing realization, and provide commercial governance across customer accounts. Success Metrics Zero revenue leakage due to missed contractual commitments. Increased realization of Commit-to-Consume revenue. Timely identification and resolution of billing risks. Accurate commercial reporting and governance. Improved customer compliance with contractual consumption commitments. Reduction in billing disputes and commercial escalations. Key Responsibilities

Review customer contracts and identify all commercial commitments, including Commit-to-Consume (CtC), minimum consumption, milestone-based billing, and other contractual obligations. Establish governance to monitor committed versus actual consumption across customer accounts. Partner with Delivery, Sales, Finance, and Account Management teams to ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled and billed appropriately. Identify risks of under-consumption, missed billing opportunities, or revenue leakage, and proactively drive corrective actions. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding consumption status, forecasts, billing milestones, and commercial obligations. Work closely with SAP and Finance teams to validate billing data, purchase orders, invoicing, and consumption records. Develop dashboards and reports highlighting contract compliance, billing realization, forecasted revenue, and commercial risks. Support audits and maintain documentation related to contractual commitments and billing. Drive continuous improvements in commercial governance and the Commit-to-Consume process.

Skill Requirements

: Strong commercial and contract management background. Experience interpreting customer contracts and commercial terms. Good understanding of Commit-to-Consume or consumption-based commercial models. Working knowledge of SAP (Sales, Finance, or Order-to-Cash processes preferred). Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams. High attention to detail with a focus on revenue assurance and commercial compliance.

Other Requirements

Experience in IT Services or Managed Services organizations. Familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C), Revenue Assurance, Billing Operations, or Commercial Operations. Experience with SAP reporting and commercial analytics. Knowledge of contract lifecycle management tools is an advantage
