Job Summary
The Senior IAM Engineer is responsible for the administration, support, engineering, and continuous improvement of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms with primary focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and RadiantOne Virtual Directory Services. The role involves supporting identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, role governance, access certifications, directory integrations, and operational automation while ensuring compliance, security, and service excellence. The engineer will work closely with application owners, cybersecurity teams, directory services teams, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on engineering expertise, and customer-facing communication capabilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level-2 operational support for SailPoint IdentityIQ and RadiantOne Directory Services. • Troubleshoot complex provisioning, reconciliation, aggregation, and certification-related issues. • Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and recommend corrective actions. • Support workflow configuration, access policies, approval processes, and provisioning rules. • Execute application onboarding and connector support activities. • Monitor platform performance and identify optimization opportunities. • Support audit reviews, compliance reporting, and governance activities. • Manage ticket queues and ensure SLA adherence. • Assist L1 teams with technical guidance and issue resolution. • Participate in change management, release validation, and post-implementation support. • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures. • Collaborate with application owners and business stakeholders for issue resolution
Skill Requirements
4–7 years of SailPoint IdentityIQ support experience. • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including JML, RBAC, SoD, certifications, and provisioning. • Experience supporting RadiantOne Directory Services. • Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, REST APIs, XML, and connector frameworks. • Hands-on experience in workflows, forms, access reviews, and lifecycle events. • Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, and SailPoint debugging techniques. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Experience in customer-facing support environments. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
