Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and platform support, specializing in Vulnerability Response (VR) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response solution, including integrations with Tenable.io, Onapsis, MID Server administration, CMDB, ITSM, and ServiceNow platform operations. The candidate should also have experience in configuring and supporting ServiceNow GRC modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, and related governance processes. The role requires strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills to support vulnerability management processes, platform integrations, automation, and compliance initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Vulnerability Response (VR) Management Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Vulnerability Response solutions. Design and maintain vulnerability assignment rules, remediation processes, and auto-closure mechanisms. Monitor vulnerability imports, ingestion, normalization, and reconciliation activities. Validate vulnerability scan results and asset imports from external vulnerability scanners. Investigate and resolve synchronization issues between ServiceNow and security tools. Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to track vulnerability remediation and compliance. Collaborate with security teams to improve vulnerability lifecycle management. Integration Management Configure, support, and troubleshoot integrations with Tenable.io, Onapsis, and other third-party security platforms. Perform REST API integration troubleshooting and data validation. Monitor integration performance and resolve authentication, connectivity, and data mapping issues. Support connector upgrades and integration enhancements. Analyze and resolve data discrepancies between external systems and ServiceNow. MID Server Administration Install, configure, and maintain ServiceNow MID Servers. Perform manual MID Server upgrades in alignment with ServiceNow releases. Troubleshoot MID Server connectivity, certificate, security, and communication issues. Monitor MID Server health, availability, and performance. Ensure successful communication between ServiceNow and external systems. ServiceNow Instance Administration & Cloning Support ServiceNow instance cloning activities. Prepare and execute pre-clone and post-clone validation procedures. Configure clone profiles and data preservation strategies. Validate integrations, scheduled jobs, users, roles, and MID Server connectivity after clone completion. Support platform maintenance and administrative activities. ServiceNow GRC Management Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC applications including: Risk Management Policy & Compliance Management Vulnerability Response Management (VRM) Implement risk assessment workflows and compliance tracking solutions. Configure risk scoring methodologies and compliance frameworks. Manage policy exceptions, risk exceptions, remediation plans, and approval processes. Support control testing, issue management, and compliance monitoring activities. ServiceNow Development Develop and maintain: Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes Flow Designer Flows IntegrationHub Integrations Scheduled Jobs Notifications REST/SOAP Integrations Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards. Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, defect fixes, and performance optimization.
