Job Summary

We are looking for a QA with experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate should be capable of validating application quality, testing APIs, analyzing KPIs, and supporting defect debugging across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated test cases for web and API applications
  • Validate functionalities, integrations, and business workflows
  • Perform API testing using Postman and Charles Proxy
  • Identify, track, and assist in resolving defects
  • Analyze quality KPIs and provide test status reports
  • Collaborate with development teams for defect triaging and quality improvements

Skill Requirements

  • Manual and Automation Testing experience
  • Hands-on experience with Postman and Charles Proxy
  • Strong understanding of API Testing and web services
  • Experience in defect tracking, debugging, and root cause analysis
  • Basic to intermediate coding/scripting knowledge (Java/Python/JavaScript)
  • Test case creation, execution, and reporting
  • Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

Other Requirements

  • API Automation using Rest Assured, Selenium, or similar frameworks
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
  • SQL and database validation skills
  • Experience in KPI/SLA evaluation and quality metrics reporting
  • Knowledge of performance or load testing tools
