Job Summary

The Sharepoint Online Administrator is responsible for providing support and management of the Sharepoint platform. The candidate will be expected to automate common tasks using Power Automate, PowerApps or any other relevant technologies. The incumbent will be asked to take the lead on projects or tasks, while working with teammates to see the project or task to completion. This position requires frequent interaction with end users and other service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Work on tickets and service requests for Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Online O365 Enterprise SharePoint meeting the SLAs in the ITSM system Manage and maintain site Content and Structure settings, Site Hierarchy, and site collection navigation Configure and administer SharePoint and automate tasks Manage and maintain site Content and Structure settings, Site Hierarchy, and site collection navigation

Skill Requirements

Design, configure, and maintain enterprise taxonomy, terms, and keywords for the term store Support Microsoft One Drive for Business sync issues and work with the users to recover data lost. Troubleshoot issues and provide customer support for end users utilizing O365 SharePoint Online O365 Enterprise SharePoint environments. Site Quota Management

Other Requirements

Manage Sharing Settings at the Organizational Level. Good experience in Site Admins Management. Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API. Sound experience on Records Management and Policies.
