Job Summary

Provide and support Corporate Audio Visual Standard Solutions to enable effective communication across Qualcomm’s business units.

Key Responsibilities

Align AV solution standards and practices to ensure high system performance and consistency, delivering optimal AV experiences. Deliver executive-level customer service with urgency, diplomacy, and strong verbal communication skills. Must be self-sufficient with excellent time management and the ability to provide detailed issue explanations. Resposible for day to day operation support. Responsive to local office and IT management needs. Expert in root cause analysis, troubleshooting/triage, support, and end-user training on Microsoft Teams Room and associated AV systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Crestron, Extron, Biamp, MTR products (Logitech), other AV proucts and experience with graphical user interfaces, AV hardware/software. Familiarity with audio/video signal test generators, laser levels, SPL meters, and RTA equipment. Experience with AutoCAD, Floor drawing reading, understanding AV BOQ is a plus. Support & Mange end to end managed AV systems, live streaming events, and production setups.

Skill Requirements

1) Good verbal and written communications skills 2) Must be able to enunciate clearly over the telephone 3) Must be able to interpret a customers\' needs, communicate clearly and concisely via e-mail; have outstanding customer service skills, excellent troubleshooting skills and the drive to assume more responsibilities 4) Minimum of 3 years practical experience in Audio Visual Equipoment Integration. 5) Good troubleshooting skills in MTR Devices and it\'s configuraiton Audio DSP, Displays, Digital Signage, Controller (Extron & Crestron) & othe AV devices. 6) Requires experience in MTR Configuration, Good to have knowledge of DSP programming, Auto cad, Control processor programming.

Other Requirements

 \'1) Bachelor’s degree 2) OR 5+ years of IT/AV-related work experience 3) Minimum of 3 years practical experience in Audio Visual Equipment Integration and industry standard certifications preferred.
