Job Summary

The Business Analyst at HCL will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing agile methodologies to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders.
2. Create detailed documentation including business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
3. Collaborate within team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
4. Implement agile methodology practices to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Perform data analysis to support decision-making and drive business improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

 

Key Skills: Business analysis, operations domain fluency, Agile product ownership, stakeholder facilitation, prompt literacy

 

Key Responsibility: Elicit and document use cases from business teams; own backlog and acceptance criteria; facilitate sprint demos; validate AI outputs with domain SMEs; drive adoption and represent the business voice

 


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
Review Business Requirement document based on user request.

Prepare technical documentation and perform an impact analysis of the systems.

Analyze customers' IT needs and provide guidance for improvement.

Create training materials for client users and other consultants.

Reporting the progress of the project on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Meeting with clients to determine project requirements.

Extend the usage of the tools to other applications.

Developing innovative solutions and preparing prototypes for meetings. Experience in defining and implementing technology solutions for a major financial institution
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst for a large financial institution
Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, defining test cases, and providing user training and support

Extensive experience with various system development lifecycle methodologies and tailoring the
artifacts to those methodologies
Solution-oriented, detailed-focused, showing strong analytical and organization skills

Other Requirements

1.Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum Salary (US):  75000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
