Job Summary

The Business Analyst at HCL will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing agile methodologies to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders.
2. Create detailed documentation including business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
3. Collaborate within team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
4. Implement agile methodology practices to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Perform data analysis to support decision-making and drive business improvement initiatives.

Skill Requirements

1. Solid understanding of business analysis techniques such as swot analysis, cost benefit analysis, and gap analysis.
2. Strong understanding of agile methodologies including scrum, kanban, and user stories.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing project requirements.
5. Experience with requirements management tools and data analysis tools is a plus.

Other Requirements

1.Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
