Job Summary

The Business Specialist at HCL will play a key role in business analysis and agile methodology. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving agile methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement
2. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for software development projects
3. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood
4. Utilize agile methodologies to manage project requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery
5. Assist in the testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
6. Provide support and training to end-users on implemented solutions

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies
2. Strong understanding of agile principles and practices
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced environment
5. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges

Other Requirements

1.Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is preferred but not mandatory required

Minimum Salary (US):  122000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
