Responsibilities:

  • Understand the transformation context, create roadmaps/plan, drive agile transformation at the enterprise level
  • Should be able drive agility at the Team, Program and Portfolio levels
  • Will be responsible to transform / transition projects / programs from waterfall to agile
  • Training stakeholders and team members
  • Provides input on how teams learn and adopt lean and agile practices and principles
  • Follow up and move transformation process along
  • Assist in driving the set-up of Agile Scorecards, Dashboards and configuration of tools
  • Conduct process assessments, agile adoption roadmaps, establish ideal implementation design, and help customers through the validation, launch, and continuous improvement stages
  • Configure and coach usage of tools like JIRA / Rally
  • Provide thought leadership to clients on agile
  • Willing to travel across locations in the US and work from client premises

 

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 15 years in software development, with 4+ years working in agile transformation
  • SPC certified
  • LPM, Agile Budgeting
  • Working as a Transformation coach for enterprise level agile transformation
  • Working with one or more lean agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban)
  • Including familiarity with one or more of the enterprise/scaling frameworks
  • Helping learn and adopt agile practices and principles
  • Knowledge of the software engineering lifecycle
  • Understanding of continuous integration, continuous deployment, test driven development, service virtualization and all things around it

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
