Job Summary

The Domain Consultant at HCL is responsible for providing expertise in business analysis and agile methodology to support the company's clients in various sectors. The primary focus is to identify and analyze business needs, recommend solutions, and facilitate the implementation of agile strategies within the client's organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct business analysis to identify requirements, constraints, and risks.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
3. Develop agile project plans and facilitate sprint planning sessions.
4. Implement agile methodologies to achieve project objectives efficiently.
5. Assist in the development and execution of test plans and user acceptance testing.
6. Provide guidance and support to project teams on agile best practices.
7. Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on agile principles and practices.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools.
2. In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies such as scrum or kanban.
3. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
6. Certified business analysis professional (cbap) certification is a plus.
7. Certified scrummaster (csm) or scrum product owner certification is preferred.

Other Requirements

1.Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is preferred.

Minimum Salary (US):  141000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
