Summary
The remediation support analyst is responsible for executing corrective actions on confirmed or suspected fraud cases to minimize risk, protect customers and maintain trust in the services
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Review cases and execute remediation actions on fraud cases, including account restrictions, suspensions and recoveries, and enforcement activities
• Review investigation findings and validate recommended remediations actions before implementation
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve fraud related incidents
• Support with recovery processes following fraud incidents
• Clearly document actions taken along with evidence reviewed
• Monitor remediation effectiveness and identify recurring fraud patterns or process gaps
• Contribute to process improvements and SOP updates
• Ensure all remediation actions comply with organizational policies, security requirements and fraud prevention standards
Skill Requirements
Skills Required
• 3-5 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2-year relevant experience for Sr Analyst - Remediation
• Exceptional communication skills – CEFR C1
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity and network
• Familiarity with fraud typologies (ATO, abuse, synthetic identities, etc.)
• Experience in MS Office
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Bachelor’s degree
