Job Summary
To improve the efficiency of the business through identification of the existing issues, optimizing activities, creation and implementation of solutions/improvements/enhancements and generating detailed reports/analyses to improve processes and functionalities within the assigned project
Key Responsibilities
Use quality system dashboards to monitor transport deviation KPIs and support data-driven follow-up

Perform Tier 1 (T1) reporting on transport deviation compliance KPIs; support IMEX governance |

Conduct transport deviation triage and initial quality review, ensuring accurate classification of records (Event Report vs Deviation) in accordance with eQMS workflows and applicable GWIs. |
|
Prepare and distribute reports/communications to Markets, ESQ, and relevant stakeholders to support deviation oversight, compliance tracking, and improvement initiatives. |
|
Support end-to-end eQMS administrative activities, including but not limited to record creation, updates, lifecycle management, and data maintenance in alignment with quality system requirements. |
Skill Requirements
Quality / GDP-oriented background with eQMS (Veeva Vault) familiarity, strong written/verbal English, and digital dexterity. I think this is like the profiles found for the CSS Compliance engagement.
