Experience in managing corporate devices (Windows, Mac, e-workplace), Mobility devices iPAD, iOS (Managed through Intune and MobileIron). BYOD devices configuration (Android, iOS platform), Laptop (Windows, Mac). Knowledge about Azure cloud and Azure AD is added advantage. Microsoft authenticator, Zscaler VPN troubleshooting experience welcome. Issue related to vendor devices and handling of INC and Service request must. Prior experience working with service desk added advantage. Handling end users over team\'s chat, email or call with excellent English communication is priority. Experience on Windows 10 and Windows 11. RSA secure ID token provisioning and issue handling (not mandatory) Basic knowledge of Network related issues desired. Knowledge of ACL (Access control list), policies of profile and device management (knowledge is anticipated not mandatory).
