Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IBM ISAM Specialist to support enterprise Identity and Access Management operations. The candidate will be responsible for administering, configuring, integrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining IBM ISAM environments across enterprise applications. The role requires strong knowledge of access management, authentication, authorization, Single Sign-On, federation, WebSEAL, LDAP/Active Directory integration, SSL/TLS, and IAM security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands on experience managing large enterprise- wide ISAM deployment across multiple environments.
- Responsible for administering and supporting identity and access management systems and configurations
- Understanding custom changes and extensions to IBM ISAM.
- Good working experience on ISAM components such as Web seal, pdamin tool, authorization server, reverse proxy
- Experience on ISAM SSO, Various authentication and authorization schema
- Experience on ACL and policies in ISAM
- Knowledge of basic security concepts (IAM, SSL, HTTPS)
- Experience in performance tunning and problem determination
- Experience ITSM ServiceNow
- Production support experience in incident management, problem management and change management for IBM ISAM.
Skill Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Security Access Manager, WebSEAL
- Good understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, access control, identity federation, SSO, MFA, and least privilege access.
- Experience in troubleshooting IAM issues across applications, middleware, web servers, network layers, and backend services.
- Ability to support high availability, scalability, monitoring, logging, and secure configuration of access management platforms.
- Good knowledge of change, incident, problem, and release management processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, or similar middleware platforms.
- IAM certification will be an added advantage.
Other Requirements
The ideal candidate should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a production support environment. They should be able to independently analyze IAM issues, coordinate with multiple technical teams, document resolutions, and ensure secure and reliable access management services for enterprise applications.
