Job Summary

Cloud Watch (AWS) - monitoring Data Dog and ELK stack applications Monitoring and reporting all alerts to respective teams as per the SOP. Create and maintaining the reports Notify with client to address issues in AWS Cloud Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all project roles across multiple teams Smoke tests (Validating all the pipeline by following SOP) Experience in Excel Familiarity with common issue tracking tools (Service now, Soar, JIRA)
