Analyst (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

  • Responsibilities:
    • Use Ansible for provisioning and OpenShift for containerization.
    • Automate infrastructure processes and workflows.
    • Ensure continuous integration and delivery of infrastructure solutions.
    • Monitor and improve system performance and reliability.
    • Develop and deploy IaaS and PaaS solutions for cloud and on-premises environments.
    • Integrate custom APIs/Webhooks for IaaS portal and develop new APIs if needed.
  • Required Skills:
    • Proficiency in Ansible and OpenShift.
    • Experience in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
    • Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
    • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Familiarity with on-premises infrastructure (e.g., servers, storage, networking).
    • Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
    • Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
