Summary
The Escalation support in Fraud/Identity Verification environment is responsible for investigating complex and high-risk identity verification cases that require advance review beyond the stand process
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Review and investigate escalated Identify verification and fraud related cases requiring advance analysis
• Validate customer identities through document authentication, account analysis and risk assessment
• Analyst fraud indicators, behavioral patterns, account activity and verification results to identify fraudulent and suspicious activity
• Further escalate high priority fraud threats and coordinate with relevant teams
• Provide guidance and support to Analysts and Sr Analysts on complex, ambiguous fraud scenarios
• Identify emerging fraud trends and recommend process improvements to strengthen fraud prevention controls
• Ensure compliance with identity verification standards, policies and regulatory requirements
Skill Requirements
• 3-5 years of overall experience with a minimum of 2-year relevant experience for Sr Analyst
• Exceptional communication skills – CEFR C1
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity and network
• Familiarity with fraud typologies (ATO, abuse, synthetic identities, etc.)
• Experience in MS Office
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
