Job Summary

Key Responsibilities • Monitor infrastructure alerts/events using monitoring tools (Servers, Network, Storage, DB). • Perform L1 triage and basic troubleshooting as per SOP/runbooks. • Log and track incidents in ITSM tools; ensure correct categorization & severity. • Escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams as per defined matrix. • Act as first point of contact for monitoring-related incidents. • Follow shift handover process and maintain operational logs.
