Technical Support Analyst – IAM (Identity Access Management)

Key Responsibilities
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving high-level access barriers, utilizing technical knowledge to unblock users across various product areas.
- Infrastructure Navigation: Navigate and manage complex identity landscapes, leveraging tools like IAM frameworks, ServiceNow, and CyberArk to ensure secure provisioning.
- Operational Rigor: Maintain meticulous documentation of access logs and audit trails to support global risk and legal requirements.
- Identity Governance: Assist in the enforcement of "Least Privilege" access models across diverse technical environments.
- SLA/SLO Adherence: Ensuring all support tickets and requests are handled within defined timelines and at a high quality.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate clear communication between Security, Engineering, and Vendor teams to resolve systemic access issues as in when required.
Reporting: Synthesize operational data into clear, actionable insights for leads and stakeholders to improve the overall support ecosystem
Skill Requirements
Minimum Skills & Experience
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Professional Experience:
- 3–4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Technical Support roles.
- Proven experience in a high-level Helpdesk or Technical Consultation environment.
- Experience with vendor control frameworks and Information Security auditing.
Technical Toolset:
- Good to have proficiency in SQL and Command Line Interfaces (CLI) for data extraction and troubleshooting.
- Good hands on Google Workspace (specifically Sheets and Pivot Tables) for reporting.
- Familiarity with IAM tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, or ServiceNow is highly preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical risks in simple business terms.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements
2. Optional Certifications In Billing And Invoicing, Or Relevant Erp Tools Are Valuable
