Draft, track and manage updates/revisions for Statement of Work (SOW) packets 

which includes SOW, services estimate, risk checks and defined approvals from 

draft to execution 

Create SOW by leveraging approved templates or create custom SOW where 

needed 

Adhere to Google defined writing guidelines and guardrails 

Clarify SOW requirements with Google as needed 

Manage contract risk and escalate to Google in accordance with Google’s 

contracting procedures 

Review and process SOWs following Google's defined contracting procedures for 

Google PSO through Google's backend systems 

Process SOWs through Google defined approval chains and escalate to Google 

approvers as needed in accordance with Google's defined contracting procedures 

Create and close subcontractor SOWs (inbound contracts), if applicable 

Ensure SOWs are compliant with Google legal, sales compliance standards and local laws 

Validate and configure opportunities and quotes in Google’s backend systems Order Form Processing: 

Generate legal agreement (Order Form) 

Manage Order Forms from initiation to closure through Google backend systems 

Raise issues with approved legal language and improve existing SOW legal language components with the aim to create a database of pre-approved SOW legal language for efficient and quick SOW creation 

Process Order Form through Google legal reviews and defined approval chains and escalate to Google approvers as needed in accordance with Google's defined procedures 

2+ years of experience in Contract Management in a tech environment (Not mandate)​ 

Proven track record of partnering effectively on cross-functional projects;​ 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and open communication at all levels of the organization​ 

Education & Professional Background 

College Degree, BA, BS, or BBA 

Operational Support: 

Collaborate and assist with system reporting and testing of workflows as requested, for contracting and opportunity management processes.
