Job Summary

As a Lending Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing business efficiency by identifying existing issues and implementing effective solutions. Your dual focus on process optimization and mentorship will significantly contribute to the overall operational excellence of our lending services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify Root Causes Of Ongoing Issues And Existing Processes, Determining Quick Resolutions And Enhancements Within Assigned Projects.
2. Implement Best Practices And Enhancements To Improve Processes And Procedures, Ensuring Efficient Lending Operations.
3. Create Detailed Analyses And Reports To Monitor Business Health, Facilitating Informed Decision-Making.
4. Develop Business Requirements To Enhance Workflow Functionality, Improving Customer Experience And Satisfaction.
5. Manage Client And Internal Business Relationships Throughout Various Projects, Ensuring Smooth Progress And Functionality Improvements.
6. Handle And Validate Applications, Ensuring Accurate Review Of Id, Av, And Company-Related Documents In The Banking Systems.
7. Assist In Setting Up Facilities And Loan Establishments, Including Account Openings And Drawdown Releases.
8. Verify Data Accuracy Captured In Banking Systems And Review Completed Processes To Ensure Compliance.
9. Provide Mentorship And Guidance To New Employees, Aiding Their Understanding Of Operational Procedures.
10. Assist In Identifying Necessary Business Data To Generate Useful Insights And Support Future Analytics, Adhering Strictly To International Banking Regulatory Requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
