Job Summary

The position in the capacity of business analyst leads will involve providing support to Google’s Program and Vendor Managers to enable their Extended Workforce to adopt new access provisioning requirements that are compliant with Google's security, risk, legal and privacy requirements and In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vendor partners adhere to Google's rigorous security, compliance, and operational standards within our infrastructure. 

This position requires a deep understanding of IT audit methodologies, risk assessment, and Google's internal infrastructure and security policies, particularly as they relate to third-party engagements. You will play a key role in safeguarding Google's data and systems by performing thorough audits of vendor operations. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor And Troubleshoot Voice Communication Systems Using Technical Diagnosis And Troubleshooting Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues Promptly.

Transport Facilities are available : one side 35 KM both side 70KM from work location.  

Skill Requirements

Provide Operational support to Google’s new access provisioning requirements  

Provide Consultation support to various product areas (domains/verticals)  

Able to independently work to troubleshoot access issues for end users   

Able to independently communicate with Security, Support, and Application development teams  

Understand group-based access control listing  

Make recommendations and implement process improvements to reduce system defects  

Presentation skills to share findings with the team and deploy training to implement approved changes 

Conduct comprehensive IT audits of vendor operations within Google's infrastructure, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. 

Identify, assess, and report on IT risks associated with vendor access and operations within Google's environment. 

Develop and execute audit plans and programs tailored to specific vendor engagements and infrastructure components. 

Evaluate the effectiveness of vendor controls related to access management, data security, incident response, change management, and other relevant IT processes. 

Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations clearly and concisely, presenting them to both internal stakeholders and vendor management. 

Track and validate the remediation efforts of identified deficiencies by vendors. 

Collaborate closely with various internal teams (e.g., Security, Compliance, Engineering, Vendor Management) to ensure a holistic approach to vendor risk management. 

Stay updated on the latest IT audit trends, security vulnerabilities, and Google's evolving infrastructure and security landscape. 

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the VOVO IT audit program and methodologies. 

Minimum Qualifications:  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences. 

Able to work independently and flexible with shift timings  

Use of tools such as Google spreadsheets, pivot tables, databases, command line interfaces  

Knowledge of SQL and markup will be added advantage  

Should be a team player and work collaboratively internally with stakeholders and externally with suppliers 

Experience auditing within a large-scale, complex technology environment (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, other hyperscale clouds). 

Familiarity with Google's internal tools, systems, and security protocols, specifically related to vendor access and infrastructure. 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. 

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously. 



Other Requirements

Work Experience  

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 

3+ years of Technical Helpdesk/Customer Service/Access Management Environment   

2+ years of experience in IT audit, information security, or risk management, with a focus on infrastructure and/or vendor assessments. 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. 

Location  

Client Office, Gurgaon, India

Shifts fixed (2:30PM – 12AM)
